In a way I could say "The Crow" changed my life, it mostly defined who I am now. It pulled me through the hardest time, showed me the way to go on, when I thought I would never find happiness again. For most people it is just a well-made movie. For me it's something much, much more.
I really miss Brandon Lee, although I never knew him in person. It was him who put a life into James O'Barr graphic novel character, made the cult out of it. Sadly, for this He paid with his own life.. An action-movie star, son of famous Bruce Lee, incredible talent underestimated before his final movie. I bet a lot of ppl was astonished back then, remembering his performance in, for example, Showdown in Little Tokyo, and confronting it with such breath-taking depth of emotions He was able to depict as Eric Draven. His dedication in this one movie would raise him above his father's status; it's even sadder he didn't live long enough to see it..
R.I.P. Brandon Lee, I'd really like to talk to him somewhere after life, if such things really exist.
